How to Take NovaStemix®
Daily Serving
Adults: 4 capsules daily, divided into two servings of 2. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
With Food and Timing
Take 2 capsules with or just after breakfast, and 2 with or just after lunch or dinner. Do not take on an empty stomach.
If evening use affects sleep, move the second serving to lunchtime.
Optional Gradual Introduction
For the first 2–3 days, adults may start with 1–2 capsules daily with food. If well tolerated, increase to 4 daily in two servings. This introductory option does not change the recommended daily intake.
Important Precautions
Four capsules provide 300 mg EGCG from green tea extract.
• Do not use other products containing green tea on the same day.
• Do not consume 800 mg or more of EGCG per day.
