1. What is the recommended daily intake of NovaStemix®?

The recommended daily intake for adults is 4 capsules, divided into two servings of 2 capsules. Take 2 capsules after breakfast and the remaining 2 capsules after lunch or dinner, preferably with or immediately after food.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

2. Do I have to take 4 capsules every day?

For routine use, follow the recommended daily intake stated on the product label: 4 capsules per day, divided into two servings of 2 capsules.

Adults using NovaStemix® for the first time may choose the optional gradual introduction described below. A lower introductory intake is intended only for the first 2–3 days and is not an alternative long-term recommended serving.

3. Can I adjust the daily serving according to my body weight?

NovaStemix® is not dosed according to body weight. Body weight alone should not be used to determine or change the recommended daily intake.

4. I weigh approximately 50 kg or less. Should I take only 2 capsules per day?

If you prefer to begin gradually, you may take 1–2 capsules daily for the first 2–3 days. If no discomfort occurs, increase to the recommended daily intake stated on the product label.

5. How should I take NovaStemix® when starting for the first time?

An optional introductory routine is:

First 2–3 days: Take 1–2 capsules daily with food.
After the introductory period: If no discomfort occurs, increase to 4 capsules daily, divided into two servings of 2 capsules.

This gradual approach is intended only for the initial period of use and does not change the recommended daily intake stated on the product label.

6. When is the best time to take NovaStemix®?

NovaStemix® should be taken with or immediately after food and should not be taken on an empty stomach.

A practical routine is:

2 capsules after breakfast
2 capsules after lunch or an early dinner

If taking the second serving later in the day appears to affect your sleep or general comfort, move it to after lunch.

7. Can I take all 4 capsules at once?

We recommend following the product label and dividing the daily intake into two servings of 2 capsules.

Taking 2 capsules twice daily, with or immediately after food, provides a clear and consistent routine and may be more comfortable than taking all 4 capsules at once.

8. Can I take NovaStemix® every day?

NovaStemix® is intended for daily use by adults according to the instructions on the product label.

Because NovaStemix® contains green tea extract, do not consume other products containing green tea on the same day. If you are considering prolonged continuous use and have a medical condition or take medication, consult a healthcare professional.

9. How long should I take NovaStemix® before reviewing my experience?

There is no guaranteed timeframe for experiencing a noticeable effect, and individual experiences may vary.

If you wish to review how NovaStemix® fits your routine, an 8–12-week period of consistent use may provide a practical observation period. This timeframe does not guarantee any particular result.

Stop using the product if you experience discomfort and consult a healthcare professional when appropriate.

10. Who should not use NovaStemix®, or should consult a healthcare professional before use?

The recommended daily intake of NovaStemix®—4 capsules—provides 300 mg of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) from green tea extract.

NovaStemix® should not be used by:

children and adolescents under 18 years of age
pregnant or breastfeeding women

Because NovaStemix® contains green tea extract with EGCG:

do not consume it on the same day as another product containing green tea
do not take it on an empty stomach
do not consume a daily amount of 800 mg or more of EGCG

Consult a healthcare professional before use if you:

have a diagnosed medical condition
take prescription or other regular medication
are undergoing medical treatment
are planning surgery
have previously experienced sensitivity to food supplements.
