8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly by email or other written means within the withdrawal period.
Returned items must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notify us of withdrawal.

We will refund the purchase price and standard delivery costs in accordance with applicable consumer law, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. Important exception
For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed food supplement products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return.
